Nourishment Network North Florida executive director Thomas Mantz has left the organization to pursue other business opportunities. His final day was Friday, March 18.

Mantz was named executive director in May 2009 and continued leading the way as Nourishment Network saw its largest distribution of food in agency history– an increase of more than 150 percent, from 7,650,409 pounds in 2008 to 19,071,637 in 2010. Thanks to the generous support of our many donors, we were able to feed almost twice as many hungry families and children as we did in 2009. That’s right – more than 19 million pounds of food distributed to individuals and families, which represents an astounding 85 percent increase in just 12 months.
