How to Help

As a member of Feeding America – the nation’s food bank network, Second Harvest North Florida distributes food and meals through more than 500 member agencies across our region, from larger organizations like the I.M. Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless and The Salvation Army to smaller agencies and local food pantries. Thanks to our small but dedicated paid staff and thousands of others who generously donate their time as volunteers, we’re able to move more than 10 million pounds of food through our 33,000-square-foot distribution center each year.

There are numerous ways to donate to the Second Harvest Food Bank, including:

Hosting a food drive in your neighborhood, church, school, place of employment or other social group is also a great way to help Second Harvest North Florida. Click the link below to learn more about hosting food drives for Second Harvest.
