Second Harvest receives 13,000 cans of Campbell's Chunky Soup

Second Harvest North Florida rolled out 13,000 cans of Campbell’s Chunky Soup at its warehouse Tuesday afternoon, where the food bank staff was joined by Jacksonville Jaguars mascot Jaxson De Ville and members of The Roar to celebrate the team’s second-place finish in the most recent Chunky Soup Click for Cans competition. The cans represented an inspired effort by Jaguar fans during last season’s online contest – a promotion that pits fans from the 32 National Football League markets against each other from September through January. Fans are asked to vote online for their favorite team each week in a head-to-head competition that mirrors the NFL’s on-field matchups.
