2010 Second Harvest Hunger Caravan (St. Johns County)

Second Harvest North Florida continued its 10-site, nine-county “Food Caravan” on Thursday, Sept. 2, with a distribution in St. Augustine, Fla. The event was part a series of mobile food distributions designed to provide emergency relief for low-income families as well as reinforce the work already being done by Second Harvest in the fight against hunger throughout the 18 counties it serves. More than 250 Flagler County families benefited from the food resources distributed at the event, which was hosted in collaboration with the St. Johns Ecumenical Council.
